The National Programs of HandsOn Network

Putting people at the center of change, our national programs are models of service designed to inspire, equip and engage individuals to take action.

Kids Care Clubs

Kids Care Clubs, a program of HandsOn Network, helps elementary and middle school children develop an interest in service and volunteerism and the concept of social responsibility. It is also designed to inspire them to get involved in their communities at a young age. Clubs, led by an adult leader, are formed in schools, faith-based organizations, HandsOn Action Centers and community-based organizations. Today there are more than 1,500 registered clubs in the United States and countries including Australia, Canada, China, and Nepal.

The program equips parents, teachers and youth leaders with tools and resources to implement meaningful, hands-on service projects. Projects focused on a variety of community issues and events such as such as hunger, literacy and the environment are posted on the website and available for easy implementation. Each project comes complete with step-by-step leader instructions, compassion and issues education materials, meeting activities and additional resources and information for club activities.
