University of Phoenix Partners with HandsOn Network to Equip Volunteer Leaders

University of Phoenix, the largest private university in North America, is teaming up with HandsOn Network to train new volunteer leaders and strengthen the civic infrastructure. Through this partnership, more volunteer leaders will be trained and activated to expand the nation’s capacity to meet pressing needs.

With their experiences, resources, online learning platform and commitment to service, University of Phoenix will partner with HandsOn Network to transform the capacity of people to take action and self-organize. University of Phoenix will create virtual volunteer leader training classes, co-convene a self-organizing summit and assist with other key service initiatives such as Make A Difference Day.

Together, University of Phoenix and HandsOn Network will empower new leaders and increase the number of individuals engaged in service.
