HandsOn Network created the Service Leader Certificate Program to provide a best-in-class training to increase effectiveness of volunteers leading others in service.

Individuals will receive a certificate demonstrating that they have a specific skill set required to effectively lead volunteers in service. This certificate makes it possible for service leaders to move between and build capacity for organizations as well as set a sector-wide standard for the competencies of service leaders.
