VISTA members assigned to the organizations participating in the Community Blueprint (CBP) component of the American Legion Auxiliary Call to Service Corps Consortium (Consortium) will develop and implement topical content, support tools, project infrastructure, and community decision-making structures and processes to execute the CBP. The Community Blueprint is a collaboration of national organizations to help communities better organize their private and public resources and services to be more responsive to the needs and strengths of the military community.
